Adrift Lab collaborator, Silke, wins 2 photography awards
Congratulations to our much-loved, long-time #AdriftLab collaborator Silke Stuckenbrock from ‘Shot by Silke’ Photography. She won two awards in the 2023 Ecological Society of Australia (ESA) Photo Competition, including:
- 2nd prize, water category photo titled “Plastic surgery” shows a strawberry hermit crab living inside of a plastic lid (rather than a natural shell) 🦀🐚♻️🥈
- Her photo titled “Ecogrief” in the Ecology in Action category was highly commended and is DEFINITELY worth checking out in the link below (hint: it features an Adrift Lab team member and one of our study species) 🐦⬛🏝️
