Adrift Lab’s Dr Alex Bond

In partnership with The University of Melbourne and Australian Laboratory for Emerging Contaminants (ALEC), Adrift Lab are thrilled to announce Dr Alex Bond has been invited to speak at the upcoming Environmental Science Meeting for Australian Research Teams (EnviSMART) – a monthly online seminar series that provides researchers a platform for scientific engagement and networking during the COVID-19 lockdown. The technical program features one keynote address from an academic (in this case, Alex) followed by 3 outstanding student presentations (10-minutes each).
Alex is a brilliant and highly sought-after speaker. For EnviSMART, his seminar will focus on an incredibly important but often overlooked or poorly understood topic: “Hidden diversity in science – Queer in STEM”
DATE AND TIME: Thu, 5 August 2021 4:00–6:00 PM AEST (7am UK time)
