Nailed It! Nail Polish Donations Contribute to Seabird Science πŸ’… 🐧

Several months ago, we put a call out for nail polish donations as we use it to temporarily mark seabirds when in the field.

Adrift Lab would like to thank everyone who donated nail polish over the last few months. We’ve had donations from around Tasmania and even from Victoria. We now have close to 50 bottles in every colour of the 🌈

Special thanks to Varun Nadesh, an Adrift Lab alumni who kindly installed a collection box in the UTAS Student Centre, and to Trish Haeusler from Plastic Free Launceston who also put out a collection box.

There is still time to donate! If you have nail polish lying around that you don’t use anymore, get in contact with Megan (Adrift Lab PhD student): Megan.Grant@utas.edu.au
